In addition to club activities and AR experience there was some show and tell of Santa's gifts.
These varied from a new Hot Spot to a Porsche mouse to the historic Croatia's switch to the Euro.
There were reports of vacations but the WX received extensive reports: blizzards, frozen pipes and snow falls, rain and even earthquakes.
Cats and dogs were also mentioned in dispatches.
On the practical side there was the recommendation that new hams be encouraged to read the ARRL publication On The Air.
The group was also given a heads up on the activation of the special station in Malawi.
A great time of fellowship and fun.
The formal part of the meeting ended at 2147Z but it stayed open as some QSY'd to 14.280MHz to ROAR Net.
