Conditions and signals were reasonable around UK but copy difficult for some due to very strong Belgian stations.
A good net reporting activity over the Christmas/New Year period including John G7OAI's success operating QRP/P on 20m.
All looking forward to resuming Rotary meetings by different means. Happy New Year to all.

A wide variety of topics were raised.:IC 7300 connectivity issues, the ROAR gathering at the Houston Convention, the WX was cussed and discussed and North Korean border dogs and on a more serious note the RI response to recent tornado damage in some of the southern US states.
Most Rotary club activities were in abeyance for the holiday season.
A great time of meaningful Rotary and AR fellowship was enjoyed by all.

From Nicholas G4HCK
Well the new year started off reasonably well on Sunday. I made contact with Douglas and also heard Bill but that was all. But that was far better that in previous weeks so it would appear propagation is still improving albite slowly. Tuesday – I would rather just skip Tuesday. Nothing heard.
Let’s hope this year turns out both radio and health wise to be a much better year.
Nicholas Wilkinson
From Jean-Pierre F1CFA
Yes Nick,
It's improving....But this Tuesday morning I just can hear the voice of Bill discussing with JPM.
And on 7130, the mission was impossible with Russians, aso...discussing all along.
About the covid, France is living dangerously...yesterday we got more than 300000 people having a positive test in 24h .
Two days ago it was 208000. We know that it's an exponential progression.
An exponential is something based on (for example) : 2, 4, 16, 256, 65536, something which explode...
A lady working in our hospital say : " We will all have the covid can't be avoid ".
80% of the peoples in Hospital are those who have not been vaccinated.
Take care to you and family Nick...The same for everybody !
Best Wishes
Jean-Pierre CFA
