Conditions and signals were good around UK. Vernon reported on activity on the earlier HF nets. Another interesting net with reports of activities at Rotary and Radio clubs. Brian G3LUW had been listening, 73s to him and other listeners.

Ed N4EDT began with an update on key ROAR issues. Joe AF1E East VP USCB ROAR and Craig KL7H West VP USCB ROAR are working to have USCB ROAR membership is current ie dues paid and life memberships in place.
Alan KH6ATU has been editing the By laws of ROAR bringing them up to date, with RI standards.
The Party in Pahrump was also discussed.
Club events, activities and projects were also shared as were band openings, FT4 and FT8 contacts.
A good gathering of Rotarian hams.

Here is the link to an excellent technical talk on end-fed HF antennas offered Bob Brehm, AK6R of Palomar Engineers and presented by the Arctic ARC. If you live in a condo or have HOA antenna restriction issues, this may be really worthwhile for your situation.
