Conditions and signals were good around UK. Vernon reported on some success with the earlier 40/20m nets which was good news. Although a small gathering another interesting net covering radio activity and Rotary matters, with greetings to any listeners.

There were reports on encounters with Hurricane Ida from Louisiana and her path along the eastern USA. New Jersey took quite a hammering from the flooding rains.
Issues with the Delta variant of Covid 19 are impacting many of the club meetings.
There was lengthy discussion about the need for ham operators to read the instructions and directions when installing equipment or assembling project kits.
