0700z-0730z D-Star Net

0730z - 0800z Anzo Net on 7,105 +/- QRM

Doug ZL1BFS was 59+5-10 peaking 59+20 and gave me 59+20 also
John ZL2JPM was 57-8 and gave me 58-9

0800z-0900z Europe - Anzo Net on 14,294 / 14,285 Long Path

John ZL2JPM was 56-7 and gave me 55-6
We went QRT at 0836z.
Although I listened for another hour nothing was heard.

Good morning
Listened on 14.294 until 09.05 GMT when a station started tuning up and transmitting all over the place. Nothing heard today.
Bill - I did manage to listen to the 294 frequency on 2/3 09.00 all clear and again on 4th. This time there was a weak carrier on the frequency.

Thanks for checking the frequency other days. It seems like we are not being bothered by a regular sched on our frequency.

Despite limited numbers an interesting net with topics covering respective Clubs' activities and the prospect of Spring arriving, hopefully.

ROAR greetings from south west Ontario, Canada.
Thank you for your email reports of the ROAR Nets.
A big TNX for putting me in touch with ROAR North America.
I have been joining that net on Sundays at 2100Z.
An informal report for Sunday March 1 : we had 6 Rotarians check in :

Alternate was Bill KC4D, Bill, VA
N9HWO, Phil, IL (Sec ROAR)
AF1E, Joe, NC
NM5AB, Noel, AR
Plus 2 Visitors K3DEQ/4 Vern and KG8JK Dirk
ED also has ZOOM. This allows us to see each other as we talk.
ACMA has notified us that our VK calls have not been renewed as we no longer live in Australia.
On a Rotary note - my club, RC Watford, has decided I need to be recycled and have voted me as President for 2020/21
