From Nicholas G4HCK
Well 20m was a lot better today.
There were two VKs on the panel a VK2 & VK3. According to the matrix on the web site the path to VK was beginning to open at around 08.30 local time (07.30 GMT). Around 08.30 local I thought I could hear a voice from down under but then an Italian JOTA station decided to call CQ alongside and that was the end for today.
Still no one from the ROAR net however.
The clocks change next week which means we will fall back so I don’t think this will have a positive effect on the path G to VK – but time will tell.
For Jean Pierre I thought I would include a picture of the Sunday Peanut group !!!

Stay safe in these challenging times.

We had a round of reports of Rotary club activities and Amateur radio participation from the group. Included were reports of departed friends and silent keys. We also discussed station and equipment insurance and any claims we have had. Antennas also were mentioned along with further promotion of CW academy.
A good time of Rotary fellowship was enjoyed.
