From Jean-Pierre F1CFA, translated from French
Good morning all,
This morning, QTR between 7:30 am and 8:00 am Z, meeting with Bill VK4ZD, Peter VK3KCD, Vernon G0EGW (reports from 53 to 56), Nick G4HCK in the background noise on the 20 m band at 14294.
Then, at 8:30 am, an Italian station in Assisi kindly gave way to 7105. I appealed. There were a lot of QRMs and QRNs.
F4FCW, PA3AHC, G3LUW and myself have been waiting for you, Serge. It seemed to us that you were showing up, but no valid signal. "No Report status"
Our reports were in the order of 56, worse than the previous week. The antennas were aimed at you, Serge.
An English station from around London has joined us and will probably return next Tuesday.
We will do it again next week, same time. Tell us if you had technical problems?

From Bob G3SZF
G3LUW Brian was net control and was joined by
PA3AHC Malcolm
G7OAI John
G3JJR John
G3OKT John
Malcolm joined briefly at the start of the net but was difficult copy. The band was quiet, fortunately, as signals were generally down. Brian reported on some success with the earlier 20m net clearly indicating that DX activity had improved. Another interesting net.
