I am sorry but I didn’t get to advising you that I worked G0EGW on 40m last Sunday Evening. I gave him 54, and got 54 in return - but it deteriorated a bit and he dropped to readability 3 to 4. it was, however, great to work him at all. I heard nothing on 20m.
0700z-0800z Europe - Anzo Net on 14,295.2 Long Path

Doug ZL1BFS was 59 and gave me 59+5
Vernon G0EGW called in briefly and was 55. He had an appointment to rush to.
We went QRT at 0708z
From Nicholas G4HCK
20m. Just when you thought things could not get worse. It was contest weekend. However flipping the coin it did mean there was a lot of activity on the bands which was good to hear but that put pay to the net today.

Very faint signals heard but not identified.
Never give up. On Wednesday 16th 15m, 17m and 20m were well open on the short path to Europe.
I worked some dozen or so stations in Europe - almost like old times :)
