Notice about Dstar Net
The ROAR Dstar Net will continue on Sunday 10 February 2019 at 2100z for 30 minutes.
The Net will take place on the following reflector which has been set aside for ROAR use: DCS299 (R) the dashboard for which is
For those with PI-Star, please set your DEFAULT REFLECTOR to DCS299 Module R. Do this on the CONFIGURATION Screen in the”D-Star Configuration” panel and then APPLY CHANGES. You may also change reflectors on the ADMIN screen, but this will not be permanent and you may find yourself linking to the earlier setting.

Also, on your radios, if you want to go directly or via a repeater, the URCALL is DCS299spaceR.
Note the use of Peanut as an alternative to a radio; see below.
Looking forward to meeting up with you on 10 February at 2100z.

Thanks to Dev Gosine for the following information:
This reflector XRF 299 R was setup to be used by Rotarians worldwide and of course, whoever has a valid Amateur Radio license.
This Digital Voice mode will defy propagation and the need to have expensive amateur radio equipment.
Accessing XRF 299 R can be done in 2 very easy steps using an Android smartphone.

1. Just download and install the Peanut For Ham amateurs app from the Google Play Store
2. Get your personal code from PA7LIM
3. Connect to Room XRF 299 R ...

That's all there is to it.
