I did not get to the radio until just after 08.00 this morning and the band did not sound very happy, in fact it was dead (Christmas humbug approach today). Sunday was good - talked to Phil on Peanut and Doug and Vernon on 20m so communications are still there.

Thanks a lot for your reports. It's always a pleasure.
Today, it was again difficult to work the net meeting. Moreover some OM (out of the roar) are very disturbing. I tried also to join the British group on 3694 MHz, but a french station was discussing along 2 KHz lower using a very high power...

Vernon G0EGW was 33-44 but could barely hear me
Nick G4HCK was only a hint of audio here 11-22
We went QRT at 0825z
