1700z – 1730z RIBI evening 80-metre Net on 3,694 MHz

2100z-2200z Transcontinental net on 7.185
From Ed N4EDT
Sunday's North American ROAR net was one of the best we have had in the last year. We moved the time to later in the day 2100Z and hit the “Goldie Locks Sot,” not too short and not too long. This coming week we will start the net on 40 meters at 2100Z and at 2200Z we will open a 75 meter test.

From John G3OKT

The QSL website at 0605z gave SFI 68 A 3 K 1 and sunspots zero for 6 days!
HB9CQS was just heard at 5.1 at 0807; Klaus was in QSO with F1CFA but I had no trace of Jean Pierre here.
VK2MCB Phil was not heard here and was said by Klaus to be “very weak”
VK3KCD was 100% copied by Klaus at 4.4 but Peter was not heard here.
Splatter from an Italian signal on 14.2968 made copy of ROAR stations impossible so I went QRT.
Recent failure of my HPA, coupled with low signals received from a high beam pointing LP to VK makes me pessimistic that we are now near the solar minimum of the 11 year cycle.
I will be on holiday in Portugal next week!!
