2130z-2230z NA Transcontinental net on 14.285 August 5
From President Ed N4EDT

Net report for 8-5-2018
North American Transcon net. Net called by N4EDT on 14.285 MHZ. Informal net opened at 1900z with the formal net start at 1930Z.
Poor propagation continued to make the net activities challenging. The net timing straddles the timing of 20 meter propagation changes.
As the net progresses, the propagation shifts from the east coast to the central part of the country. We are studying the use of remote stations to gain coverage in on the west coast.
