0600z - 0630z Anzo Net on 7,110
From Phil VK2MCB
Only Peter VK3KCD and myself today due to Bill’s absence in North Queensland. However, Vernon G0EGW advised on 12 Sep that he had heard Peter and Phil’s QSO, and will try and make contact in future.
Peter VK3KCD was 59 and gave me 57 at 0600, but disappeared completely at 0620z

0630z- 0730z Europe - Anzo Net on 14,295.2 Long Path
From John G3OKT
The QSL website at 0305z gave SFI 107 A 6 K 1 sunspots 49 (decreasing).
Conditions were poor here, characterized by high noise and QRN.
EA7GSU gave HB9CQS 5.7 at 0658z.
Pertti and I exchanged 5.7 b/w. Pertti was the "kingpin" of the net as far as I was concerned.
G4HCK Nick was 5.3 here and heard by Pertti with very fast QSB.
G3LUW Brian was just heard here.
G0EGW, Vernon said Klaus was in QSO with Phil VK2MCB. Klaus was 2.1 here at best, and gave Vernon 4.3. I did just hear Phil at 2.1 once!
PA3AHC was 5.8-9 with Pertti; Malcolm was not heard here.
PA0SDZ Lez was 2.1 with Pertti at 0704z and 4.1 with Klaus at 0712z. Gave Klaus 5.2 at 0712.
EA7GSU called VK2MCB at 0654; Pertti gave Phil 4.1
G0EGW was 2.1 here, "waving" up to 5.5 - explained that Bill VK4ZD was not on the net; Vernon was 3.1 here at best.
HL5ALG, a Rotarian visitor, was 5.8 with Pertti at 0713. I had no copy of him here.

From Phil VK2MCB
John ZL2JPM was 57 and gave me 51. John advised of his initiative to create a D-Star capability for ROAR.
Peter VK3KCD was a 22
Doug ZL1BFS was 59 and gave me 59+
Klaus HB9CQS started at 31 but built to 59 and gave me 56-7
Pertti EA7GSU came up to 53 and gave me 41
Vernon G0EGW was 32 and gave me 32
Brian G3LUW was heard 43 but no contact made
Les PA0SDZ was heard at 43
John G3OKT was copied weakly at 21
Pertti faded to a 31 signal by 0718z
I left the net at 0720z

From Klaus HB9CQS
SFI 228, SN 49, A6, KØ, Noise SØ-S1
First station heard: Pertti, EA7GSU. At 06:38z, 57 b/w.
Bill was absent (Rotary event). Worked Phil, VK2MCB, at 07:02z. 56-57 here, got 59. I believe Phil worked Vernon as well and perhaps Pertti.
Apart from Pertti, the European stations were weak here. Vernon, GØEGW, 43, no contact. Les, PAØSDZ, 41, got 52. John (OKT) 21 and no contact.
Net closed at 07:34z

0800z - 0900z UK 80-metre Net on 3,694
From G7OAI, net control today.
Opened at 0758, responding to a call from G3LUW. We chatted briefly before asking for any more wishing to join, and immediately heard from G3JJR, G2FUU and G3SZF. Bruce, G0PCF called in briefly, obviously with a problem, and didn't come back a second time. G3OKT called in a bit later, with a shack invasion. Topics mentioned/discussed included white water rafting, tunnels under hills and our next AGM. An excellent quote of £62.50 per room, dinner & B&B was received, with a £20 deposit per person required. G3OKT is to finalise arrangements for our AGM meeting room before sending out full details to all.
Reports:-
G3LUW, Brian, 59+10
G3JJR, John, 58-9
G2FUU, Tommy, 58-9
G3SZF, Bob, 59
G0PCF, Bruce, 31
G3OKT, John, 59+20
QSB crept in towards the end from some stations, but wasn't enough to be a problem.
I closed the net at 0842.

1700z – 1730z RIBI evening 80-metre Net on 3,694 MHz
G2FUU, Tommy said on the earlier net that he would take a quick look at 6pm to see if anyone was about.

2230z - 2300z Informal Transcontinental net on 7.118 +/- QRM

0800z – 0830z Tuesday 12th September 2017 NZ 80-m net on 3,693

0630z - 0700z Tuesday 12th September 2017 EUR 20m net on 14,295.2
From Klaus HB9CQS
At 06:33z both Peter, VK3KCD, and Phil, VK2MCB, answered my CQ call. Peter normally disappears before Phil so I took Peter first. Small signals. In return for my 52 I got a 43. Phil, 54 here, was more generous and gave me a 55. At 07:00z Phil had faded out here.
The only Europeans heard and worked were Vernon, GØEGW, Pertti, EA7GSU and Vinny, operator of DLØIL/P. Vernon was 53-54 and gave me 57. Pertti was 55 QSB and gave me 57. DLØIL is a club station set up by Field Day enthusiasts. (www.dlØil.de). QTH: Cologne area. 55-56 here. Got 59.
Net closed at 07:12z
