0700z – 0730z Tuesday 17th June 2014 EUR net on 14,295.2
From John G3OKT
I heard Pertti EA7GSU (with a sore throat!) at 0658z at a fine 5.9 and talking to Brian G3LUW who was only 4.5 here in bad QRN.
Pertti gave me 5.9, but Brian could hardly hear me.
We QRT’d at 0712 but then I heard DJ3ST, who was 5.9 here, calling VK4ZD.
Bill didn’t come back to him and the DJ gave up. Nothing was heard of Bill here.
John EA/G4HMG phoned his apologies for missing the net owing to an appointment.
From Ian GM4JAE on 18th June:
The only ROAR Net I have time to listen for/propagation suitable, is the Tuesday morning one on 14.2952 but can't hear a squeak up here in Inverness! I operate mainly on 40 where conditions for most of the time are long, to southern England and the Continent, but it can then change to a lot nearer and I can even hear Derby and Nottingham!
That’s all for now,
