Only Pertti and me this week I think. Pertti was heard to give F1CFA 5.9, but nothing heard here from Jean Pierre. Pertti and I exchanged 5.9 reports but I was getting strong QRM from Russian stations. We tried to QSY to a quieter frequency but lost each other at 0800z. As I closed at daybreak, the band seemed to change rapidly; I heard a ZL station at 0756z on 14.156 at 5.7/8.

From John EA/G4HMG to Pertti EA7GSU (by e-mail)
I called on 7.165 and up at 08.00GMT and at 0810 on 14140 and up but had no luck. We shall be in UK with family until 9th December with no radio gear so hope to see you after that.

You have been so long absent from the net and neither read you the bulletin by G3OKT. The "40m" net takes place on 14150+/-kHz at 0730utc and we were there this morning (actually on 14141,5kHz but only until 0755utc).
I think we should go back to 40m now, I believe the propagations are still good at that time. Originally we shifted to 20m because prop's were bad on 40m band.
What say John, G3OKT?

That’s all for now,
73’s to all
