1200z - 1300z International Net on 14,293 Many thanks to Pertti EA7GSU for the following report:- Hóla amigos, Sunday afternoon Atlantic net opened as usual with Mike, N4PF coming back to my first call with very good S9 signal. He was followed by Klaus, HB9CQS with also S9 signal although running barefoot. Les, PA0SDZ was the next with 5,7/8 and there was a change of reports between participants. The doomday boom signal by Coco, YO9BC was 30dB over S9 in my receiver. Malcolm, PA3AHC had still problems with the station and was difficult to read. We mended the situation later when he replaced the trcx and was then 5,8/9 with me. Interesting conversation was initiated by Mike, G8LES and he's rotary news of the area which is suffering, like many others of the loss of members and difficulties in recruiting. I advise members to contact Mike if you are struggling with the same problem. Mike has been involved with a study of the subject. As a whole propagations were very good although band was noisy. We are looking for more members and more interesting opinions next Sunday! 73 n CU Pertti EA7GSU Messages Received. Nil |
