Many Thanks to Mike G4WRU for the following report :-
Hello Bill
Hope you and Josee are well. Pleased to hear you are having a knee replacement. I'm sure you will feel much better after that. We all look forward to hearing you back on the nets again. I was net controller this morning on the UK 80mtr net. The conditions were, as usual lately, rather poor with heavy QRM and QSB. I was joined by G3LUW Brian, G3OKT john, G0JWE Don, G3JJR John, and G2FUU Tommy . Despite the conditions, we had a good net.
For the 18.00 local time evening net, I called CQ for 10 minutes, but no one came back.
All the best 73 Mike (G4WRU)
