Good Morning Bill
Present on the 40mx net this week were Doug ZL1BFS, Peter VK3FPSR and myself. Doug had a fair signal from John EA/G4HMG but I think John was troubled with a high noise level. John was 3x2 here. LU2KA called in as a guest and exchanged reports with ZL1BFS.

From Bill VK4ZD re. the Transcontinentasl Net.
Congratulations on an excellent net.
Looks like Ed is the man :)
Brilliant to have Reuben taking an active interest.
Next long weekend that I get I will have to try and check in.
That is 5am here.
Just had a look at propagation.
It doesnt look like I have any at that time - long path or short path :(
I may get a little propagation later in October on the long path.
YIRS 73 Bill, VK4ZD
