At 0730Z on 7.118Mhz, checking into the 40 ANZO net today were:
VK2MCB, Phil; VK3FPSR, Peter; VK4ZD, Bill; ZL1BFS, Doug and VK2IWT, Noel.
Signals were varied but we were able to share Rotary activities and something of why we live where we live.

John G3OKT had much broadcast qrm on his omni antenna, not bad here on the beam.
Bill VK4ZD down to 3/4 about 0800z then back up to 5/7 by the end. Had rain, 17mm.
OH6SM Martti had lots of snow and temp minus 33 in the night.

He reported a "wild winter setting in".
Coco reported much snow, up to 5 metres in the South East of Romania.
People having to get out of their houses through the roof !
VE3BGG Bert came through well enough despite a dead linear. It will be fised in a week or so.
He had minus 4c and a little snow.
Mike N4PF had good copy all round at first but going down at the end.

Pertti's Governor has asked him to be on the air on the 23rd of Feb.
This is the day of the birth of Rotary and the purpose is to remind the world of Rotary's campaign to 'Stop Polio Now'.
Please note that Pertti (EA7GSU) will be QRV the whole day on
following frequencies: 3694kHz, 7118kHz and 14293kHz +/- qrm. He will be calling "cq polio" and telling about the project.
