Hello Bill and Merry Xmas day!
Here is the report of Sunday's 1200utc meeting:
I opened by calling ROAR members and got immediately Mike, N4PF. A bit
poor propagations , only 55 both ways but it improved during the hour.
After several calls came Malcolm, PA3AHC with good 57 both ways again.
Mike and Malcolm managed to change reports after of a couple of tries.
After 20 min chatting and calling I suggested to close the net but then
came Joe, AF1E with 57 report and shortly after Coco with his
aggressive 59+ signal. He changed reports with all of us.
My second intention to close the net was delayed by a visitor, Andrés,
EA8AAW/p. He had a good signal, 57 and gave me 59. Then he got Coco
with peak report and after also Joe, AF1E.
I left the frequency at 1257utc after wishing the best for the Season.
20m is dead after appr. 1700utc but I managed to hear parts of Ed,
N4EDT later in the evening. No chance to hear anybody else of the net.
I wish you healthy holidays
