Many Thanks to Peter VK3KCD for the following report :-
Good Morning Bill
Well back in Flinders this weekend and find the home station less of a struggle than the 5w mobile setup. Good conditions on 40mx this week and no thunder storms! Present were Noel VK2IWT, Phil VK2MCB, Peter VK3FPSR, Bill VK4ZD and myself. All participants had good copy on each other. Noel is departing for North America later this week and will not be back in VK until September. He hopes to be active on the North American and Trans Atlantic nets during this time. Next week will be quiet on this net as Bill VK4ZD, Diane VK4KYL and I will be in Bangkok and Phil VK3MCB has weekend commitments for the next few weeks which will probably keep him off the air. What I am leading up to is that there probably will not be an ANZO report next week.

Many Thanks to Jack KF5BD for the following report :-
Greetings Mr. Bill:
I have good news and bad news to report today. The good news is we had eight check-ins and from where I sit in the USA I could hear everybody and communicate with most. Check-ins were Bob WB7RQG; Ted KL7USN; Ed N4EDT; Joe W0TBC; Mike N4PF; Pertti EA7GSU; Rueben W2LGF and Jack KF5BD your scribe. Both Mike and ED were able to communicate with Pertti and many were able to hear him.
More good news is Jack's spine Doctor released him telling him the fractured bones in question in his back side were fusing as he expected and no surgery would be necessary.
Thanks to all who had Jack's issue on their prayer lists.
The bad news is; Jack operated the whole net with his AMP turned OFF. I will next schedule an appointment with the memory Doctor.
Jack , KF5BD
(Great news about the back problem Jack. Take care now )

                                   That's all for this week,
                                     73 de Bill g4yze
