Good conditions in VK for the ANZO 40mx net this week with Bill VK4ZD, Noel VK2IWT , Phil VK2MCB and myself. No thunder storms or QRM! VK ZL propagation was very poor so Doug ZL1BFS did not join us.

This week he had the specialist assistance of good friend Alan Rogers from MIT to
re-configure his special antenna remote tuner system. Jim has no eyesight now !
Interesting comment from Coco ! His grandfather was in the original Ploieste Rotary Club,
formed in 1935. It ceased in 1941 resuming in 1991. They now have 42 members including Coco.
There is also a new Rotary Club in Ploieste formed in 2000. It has 25 members.
