Many thanks to Bob WB7RQG for the following report :-
Hi Bill, The 1800Z net was a bust.
1800z Jack KF5BD 5/8 Stated he was having trouble with rig
then I never heard from him again.
1803z Jim W1QUO 5/5 then his signal disappeared.
1806z Joe W0TBC 5/7 then is steadily got worse. He tried to
call Pertti EA7GSU by CW with no success.
1815z I closed the net.
And thanks also to Jack for the following report :-
Re. Jack's radio :-
My radio went to the hospital yesterday for surgery------just lost power when it was warmed up and the last of it I saw it was on Richard's bench warming up for the procedure !!
Richard is our local ham radio tech. Does all my work and is close by---like 1/2 a mile.
Jack KF5BD.
Thanks Jack. We hope the patient makes a full and speedy recovery. 73 de Bill
