PS Our veteran member John Goldsmith G4KTX rang to say he is having a
health problem which prevents him grasping the spoken word. It is so serious that he feels
he must give up the radio altogether. He thanks all for their company over the years and sends
73 to all. I suggested he might try morse and we will see what can be done that way.

From Past President John W8AUV , ROAR AGM minutes - corrections and additions:-
Dear Fellow ROAR Members,
Please correct in paragraph 2 the call sign for Peter Lowe, it should read VK3KCD rather than with a “W”.
Sorry for the typo. Please add/correct the following to the
Australia and
New Zealand report:
Peter Lowe, VK3KCD reported on behalf of Norm Dench, VK3DNE (Regional VP - ANZO) that "Norm has floated the idea of a 40 mtr.
Regional net but has had no takers so far. A number of members have been active on the ANZO net including Henk, VK2GWK; Noel,
VK2IWT; Bill VK4ZD; Diane, VK4KYL; Rob ZL1RD and myself (VK3KCD). Bill VK5CV has retired from the net recently."
The sentence beginning “The 9 a.m.
UK net” should be a new item separated from the VK/ZL report and placed with the RIBI report.
Should you know of a member that does not have computer capability would you please run a copy for him/her.
Bill, VK4ZD, would you place a copy of the corrections/additions on the ROAR Website. Thank You.
NB - The original document has been edited and replaced by the corrected document (Webmaster VK4ZD)
