winds Thursday and Friday.

I don't know whether you have already been
alerted, but the USA decided to advance the clocks one hour on March 11.
As Canada is of course heavily tied to the USA (air line schedules
alone) Canada is following suit.
I have not heard or read (yet) what Europe's stand is in this.
