Dear ROAR members:
We had AGM in Hakodate, Hokkaido (JA8 area) on
14-15th July '07. About 50 members and XYLs joined
to the meeting.
(I sent the news on last ROAR Net news and wrote the
date as 7-8th but it was my mistake.)
As Teru/JM2HBO reported, we had big typhoon #4 on
13-14th July.
Several members who intended to join to the AGM had
to be cancelled because of flight cancellation by
the typhoon.
After the AGM, we had big earthquakes in Niigata
area (JA0 area).
11 people (all over 71 years old) died and several
hundred people injured by the earthquakes.
Very fortunately, none of ROAR-J members suffered by
it.
