Not much to report from this net. Just yourself and John and only very briefly due to a combination of poor conditions and IOTA Contest QRM.

Last week Henk, VK2GWK, made an effort one evening at 21:30z to get through to Switzerland, but with Henk's linear still down, 
I had to ask VK2BLZ to assist. Thanks for trying, Henk.

Fifteen on the net in fairly good conditions.
 
1130z - 1230z  International Net on 14,293.
1130z - W1QUO Jim from Leominster MA only 5/6-8 today.
1130z - G4HMG John from Devon 2/1 here, Jim got "very nice copy"
1135z - HB9CQS Klaus from Sachseln 5/7.
1140z - OZ/EA7GSU/p Pertti near Copenhagen 1/1 but Klaus gave 5/9.
1145z - PA2X Cees from Bussum 2/1 here, up to 5/5 with Jim.
1148z - KF4QBE Joe on holiday in the Carolinas, 1/1, Jim gave 5/5.
1155z - K4LSX John from Harvard MA 4/5 but qrm.  Jim got him well.
1205z - LA5HE Rag from Telemark 3/3 here, Jim gave 5/6
1209z - W0TBC Joe from Stillwater MN up to 3/3 today
1215z - SM4CSF Nils from Falun 5/7 but Jim had no copy.
1227z - Net ended.  Much qrm until the contest ended at 1200z.
Jim had 20c and "good growing weather."
John G4HMG on his "swan song" .  Aerials down this week in
preparation for his move to Spain the following week.

Dear ROAR members:
We had AGM in Hakodate, Hokkaido (JA8 area) on 14-15th July '07.  About 50 members and XYLs joined to the meeting.
(I sent the news on last ROAR Net news and wrote the date as 7-8th but it was my mistake.)
 
As Teru/JM2HBO reported, we had big typhoon #4 on 13-14th July. 
Several members who intended to join to the AGM had to be cancelled because of flight cancellation by the typhoon. 
 
After the AGM, we had big earthquakes in Niigata area (JA0 area).  
11 people (all over 71 years old) died and several hundred people injured by the earthquakes. 
Very fortunately, none of ROAR-J members suffered by it.
