Many thanks to Bill/VK4ZD for the following report : -
At about 0810z I made contact with John, G4HMG.
Signals were very light and I never got to hear John better than 4/3.
Peter, VK3KCD then joined us and could hear john 3/3 but signals were too weak for a contact.
Roy, DU9/G4UNL joined us around 0825z with a 5/9 signal to both Peter and myself.
Klause, HB9CQS then joined us at 0834z and was able to contact Roy,
but couldn't hear Peter well enough for a contact although Peter had good copy.
Klaus was 5/7 to me and received me the same.
Henk, VK2GWK also joined as at this time and exchanged 5/8 x 2 reports with Klaus.
He also succeeded in contacting John G4HMG.
Klause announced that he is ordering an Emtron DX-1D amplifier.
We look forward to hearing his Australian accent when he begins to use it.
We had visits from Mike, DG3NDN in Bavaria and from Yose, ON3EL.
Les, PA0SDZ also had a good signal into VK4 (5/4) and VK2 (5/5)
