I missed this one. Many thanks to Brian G3LUW
for the following report.
Hello Bill, Another very noisy net. I ran it -
there were 7 members in total. (G0JWE) Don's club changed venue last week,
and the business concerned went into liquidation soon afterwards. He reports
that his club is 'homeless' at present.

From Coos VE2GTI
Dear Bill,
For the next three Sunday mornings I have to
pick up a 92-year old Church member because the person who does this
normally,
is away in Spain (where the rain falls always in the plain judging by
the report of G4HMG last Sunday).
This puts extra pressure on my already tight
schedule on Sunday mornings and therefore I shall skip ROAR for those
three Sundays.
Sorry about that but I hope you understand. 73's Coos VE2GTI
From ROAR Secretary Noel VK1IWT
Hello Executive Committee plus others:
The 2007-08 issue of The Directory is almost ready to go to the
printers. It lacks one column and revisions
to the ROAR Schedule. If any of the listed
nets are inactive or if there are new nets up and running we need
to add or remove accordingly.
I also need the committee's go ahead with the corrections to the
database. Many of you have the list of those
who have made no contribution since the last
millennium.
The AGM at Chicago told us what to do about
those. Unfortunately we will lose one Regional Vice
Chair and some long time net workers.
The corrections have been made for RIBI, Japan and USA. Still needing
attention are ANZO, Canada and a few Rest of World.
I will adhere to the ruling at the Chicago AGM unless told otherwise.
After the database is up to date I will e-mail to everyone who wants it
as a Word Excel file.
I am so sorry that I have such a local noise problem that I can not
hear much when I tune up on the nets (Euro - Anzo).
73 YIR Noel
