Again poor conditions, but by a joint
effort we somehow managed to have a net.
Started calling CQ RI net shortly after
08:00z. No response.
08:28z OH1TG, Pasi. 57 here, but I had
to shift the beam to a more northerly direction. Got 59. Still no
snow.
08:46z EA5ALK, David. 54 -
57, QSB. David reported that John, EA/G4HMG, has got a new antenna.
Called John, but no reply.
08:51z G4YZE, Bill. 11 here increasing
to 33. No contact, but David managed to work Bill and
possibly other UK stations
09:05z PA0SDZ, Les, mostly 53 here.
09:05z VK2GWK, Henk. 54. Got 52 -
54. Later Henk gave Bill, G4YZE, a 57 and Les a 33.
09:15z EA5ALK, David, managed to work
PA0SDZ, Les. David now peaking 59 here. Amazing signal with the
balcony antenna.
