Propagation still fragile.  K index = 1,  A index = 2,  Flux = 72 (and increasing ???)
0800z - 0900z  Europe - Anzo Net on 14,293 Long Path
N.B.  If 14,293 is blocked by QRM please tune down.  As near to 14,287 as possible.
0815z - VK2GWK Henk from Nelson Bay 4/3 on band opening, 5/7 by 0835z.
0818z - VK4ZD Bill from Gatton 4/2, up to 5/7 by 0850z.
0820z - OH6SM Martti from Lapua 2/1, slow rise to 5/5 by 0900z
0826z - VK3KCD Peter from Flinders called but 1/1 here
0827z - PA0SDZ Les from Zwolle never better than 2/2 here
0845z - EA/G4HMG John from Benissa 5/6.
0904z - Net ended. Very promising net with VK signals coming up nicely.
Martti and Les got into VK-land well though I could not read them well.
John EA/G4HMG got a good flight back to Spain after Tony's funeral.
His signal did not quite make the trip to VK today.  Needs more aerial !

Joe had "all white outside". Six inches of snow!   Nick had zero and snow!
In Bolton it was plus 8 and wet.

Made several calls but only Euro-qrm heard.

Dear Bill
Marie rang Elizabeth (Tony's widow) this morning and found her in good spirits.  They enjoyed a chat about Tony and the hilarious times we all enjoyed during Roar Weekends.
Elizabeth would like you to pass on her appreciation to members of the Australian Roar Net for their message of condolence.  Her brother lives in Queensland and would like
her to travel out there to see him at some time, accompanied by her other brother who lives in England.

My late condolencies to relatives of Tony, G4FTA, with
whom I had the prevelige to have many QSO's in the
past and to met him in the past ROAR meeting in
England. I am missing his call!
