Hi Bill,
I went on the lunchtime net today. I managed to work W1QUO and VE2GTI
and had very thin copy on HB9CQS but
conditions were very bad and Jim and I decided to pack it in at 1200hrs
as we could raise nobody else and Coos had
gone off to church. Better luck next time!
I hope you had a great time with the family.
Give Josie our very best.
All the best John

Re. Laszlo CT/AD6XX in Lagos, Algarve.
John G4HMG has spoken on the telephone to
Laszlo's XYL Helga.
Laszlo had two days in hospital this week.
Surgeons had drained
the tumour on his operation wound. It is
reducing in size but Laszlo feels
quite weak and spends a lot of time in bed. He
still feels the medication is
helping to reduce the swelling.
Our hopes and prayers are with you Laszlo !
