This from Bill VK4ZD after the net.
The conditions dropped out completely to Europe today and Diane and I ended up chatting
the whole hour with Roy (DU9/G4UNL). So there were only the 3 of us on today at this end.
73's de Bill, VK4ZD  (Thanks Bill)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
President Laszlo reported he is going to Copenhagen 10th to 15th June.
Also Pertti will go if the construction work on his new house is at a non-critical stage,
otherwise he will have to stay in Spain.
Also, by e-mail from Peter VK3KCD in Flinders
Have passed a message of condolence to Bill VK4ZD and thanks for the info on the email as
I have had serious lack of propagation here in Flinders. Seem to have disappeared down an
RF black hole!. Hope to be on at Easter. No sign of the Danish licence yet.

And again from Peter yesterday-----
Further to my recent email the Danish visitors "permit" arrived this morning.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jim was in good voice, reporting a great spring day with 8c and some rain.
Coos VE2GTI "so glad to be back on the air"  (and we are equally glad to hear you Coos!)
Coos has already been to one meeting. They have the President of RI in the District
also he is going to a gathering in Ontario on 14th of May.
Jim and Coos got very good contact with Klaus F/HB9CQS near Bordeaux.
I could not really copy Klaus here. Maybe he did not get my order for a case of
red Bordeaux.  It is reported to be very good this year.
Sadly I did not get any of John EA/G4HMG either.  Better luck next time.
Nate has to entertain the RI President at his club on Tuesday.
Erik SM3EXM had 10c and 30cms snow in Sundsvall
Peter OH6GHI beat that with 60 cms of snow in Jacobstad.
Joe W0TBC had 25F and snow all gone.

1800z - 1900z  UK evening 80-metre net on 3,692.
Eight on the net . Conditions fair at first, noisy later.

Messages Received.

From  Communicator Editor Don G0JWE
Hi Bill,
I think there is a little confusion about the ROAR web site.
The Directory gives it as .net and my email to you may have carried the same extension.
The correct one should be:
http://www.ifroar.org/
Hope this clears the confusion.
