Unfortunately nothing heard here from Bill VK5CV but he might come through later.
Henk had spent a great weekend on the river with their annual party. Back to nature,
doing their own open-air cooking and all. He had the bad luck to suffer a breakdown
of his outboard motor at the end and had a tow back. These things happen !
Bill VK4ZD was coming through well with only 100w from his car transceiver into
the delta loop. Bill is keeping better but Diane is still having some health problems.
Their weather dry and 30c but they have had some rain. They need more.
Pertti EA7GSU is arranging a great "Roof Raising Party" to celebrate the roofing of
his new house in about two weeks time.
Chairman Laszlo made good use of the opening to promote the RI Convention and
has achieved some good results.
We know of the following members who intend to go to Copenhagen : -
OZ5PD Per Dantoft, HB9CQS Klaus Dwinger,  EA7GSU Pertti Kause and VK3KCD Peter Lowe.

Fourteen on the net in very difficult conditions.

1230z - 1330z International Net on 14,293.
I had to miss this one but John G4HMG reported : -
"It was a very good net with Jim W1QUO coming through very strong as always.
Contributors included John GW4KVJ, Don G0JWE, Nate VO1NP, Karl SM0DMJ
Klaus HB9CQS and Pertti EA7GSU  There was a lot of good discussion,
much of it about the possibilities of attending the RI Convention at Copenhagen."

1900z - 2000z  UK evening 80-metre net on 3,703
Five on the net in near-impossible conditions.
The net was abandoned after about 30 minutes.
