David EA5ALK had big Centenary auction at their Rotary Fellowship
in Moraira raising £800. David was the auctioneer !

1. Apols for International Net. He has a big Rotary BBQ to attend.
2. They had a big Centenary meeeting in Lisbon with rep's from all
the Rotary Clubs in Portugal.
3. First indications from Anaheim are that the insurance and indemnity
problem has been resolved to our satisfaction.

Nate got blue sky but had a "stiff winter". He reminded us of the
"4-way-test" today.
Nils was going to watch the International Ski Championships on TV including
Slalom & Long Ski (50 Km) competitions.
Erik reported 50 cms of snow in Sundsvall.
Joe reported a modest two inches of snow but expects more to come. Temp 16F

Klaus had a good day on both nets.
Bert reported Centenary joint meeting of 4 clubs addressed by DG Nominee and
by
the President of the new Architecture Faculty of the University The Faculty
has been
established in a disused factory building. Bert is going to Mexico for 2
weeks.

Yes, I have a lap top next to my bed and I receive your weekly reports OK.
On coming
Wednesday I am at the 4-weeks stage after the op. Two more and I should be
partly mobile
(with a cane) and will be able to move about, incl. hopefully to the
shack.
Day time temp. -4C. sunny every day, little wind, Ideal for winter.
