From Nate VO1NP.
I am retired now and working people
frequently ask me
what I do to fill my days. I try to have some
fun every day !
I went shopping the other day. I was only
there for about 5 minutes.
When I came out there was an officer writing a
parking ticket.
I went up to him and said,
"Come on, buddy, how about giving a Senior
Citizen a break?"
He ignored me and continued writing the
ticket.
I called him a jerk.
He glared at me and started writing another
ticket
for having worn tires.
At this point, feeling he was very
inconsiderate, I said so.
He finished the second ticket with a flourish
and put it on the
windshield with the first. Then he started
writing a third ticket.
This went on for about 10 minutes. The more I
verbally abused him,
the more tickets he wrote.
I then headed off to my car which was parked
around the corner.
