Propagation rather unstable.
 
0630z - 0730z  Europe - Anzo Net on 14,293 Long Path.
0642z - VK4ZD Bill from Gatton 3/3 up to 5/5 later.
0649z - VK2GWK Henk from Nelson Bay 5/5
0649z - G4HMG John from Devon 2/1 here, got 5/5
0650z - VK5CV Bill from Waikerie 5/7
0652z - HB9CQS Klaus from Obwalden 4/3 today, got 5/5 from CV.
0708z - VK5CO Brian from Port Pirie 5/6
0720z - G4JVW Bill from Barnstaple 2/1 here, got 5/5 from CO.
0744z - Net ended.  A very good net. Space noise S5 at first but settled down later.
Bill VK4ZD had enjoyed the Charter of a new Rotary Club at Oakey.
Actually a former club re-incarnated on the Centennial anniversary.
Henk VK2GWK suffered a computer failure, also his big linear failed.
Very bad luck but the signal sounded fine on the old linear Henk !
Bill VK5CV in good form. Reported temp 22c and beautiful Autumn weather.
Brian VK5CO reported 27c. Just had a 1 Km walk with Joyce. Well done both!
Been very busy. Got rid of the white ants. Painted the outside of the house white.
Brian is always a great signal. Using a 4-el beam on a 23-metre mast. Lucky!

1135z - CT/AD6XX Chairman Laszlo from Lagos, Algarve 5/7
1145z - UX4UA Nick from Kiev 5/7, working everybody very well.
1155z - SM3UQB Karl from Soeraker 3/3 here, Nick got him 5/9.
1158z - W0TBC Joe from Stillwater MN 2/1 today, Nick got him 5/6.
1200z - VE3BGG Bert from Cambridge ON only 3/2 today.

1223z - Net ended.  Started well but transatlantic propagation failed later.
Jim enjoyed another good qso with Bill VK5CV just before the net.
Jim reported spring-like conditions with temps going up to 16c.
Laszlo CT/AD6XX is preparing to go on his travels. Having a problem
with his beam. Working on the "shiny side" of his Cushcraft R5 vertical !
Laszlo reminds us it is still very urgent that we find a Roar Treasurer in the USA.
Jim W1QUO, and others, are working on this and hope to have good news soon, but any
possible suggestions would be gratefully received.

Eight on the net -  including John ON/GW4KVJ /p
from Charleroi.  Conditions quite good

I am planning to be there from the middle of May till to 10th of June and than over to Chicago.
After Chicago I might visit Jim W1QUO before I return to Seattle and be there till about the
first week of September. All this with our old trusty GMC Motor Home and with the RVF.
Arriving European soil again on the 8th of September in Dûsseldorf. Than to Hungary to 
participate in the Hungarian annual HAM Fast which John G4HMG attended last year with
us as well. Should be back in CT at the middle of October.
